The 13,000 sq. ft. Commons Building, an integral part of the $30 million Canadian International Hockey Academy riverside campus, was constructed as a two-storey conventional steel building with a flat roof. The interior consisted of an administration area, a large cafeteria, an auditorium, an infirmary, an elevator, washrooms and an activities room. The project was fast tracked and substantial completion was achieved three months after starting date, as per client specifications.
